HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Upon confirmation of purchase over email, an invoice will be prepared for payment. Payment methods include PayNow, bank transfer and credit card payments via Stripe. Kindly note that credit card payments will incur a 1.4% admin fee.
how do i collect the vouchers?
You may opt to collect your vouchers at any of our Jigger & Pony Group outlets three working days after confirmation of your purchase, or have them mailed to a Singapore address with an additional S$3 mailing fee.
CAN i make an exchange or get a refund?
Our vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.
