BOP — short for Bartenders of Pony — is Singapore’s first Korean cocktail dining bar, located in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore’s unofficial Koreatown and a vibrant part of the Central Business District (CBD).
A space where craft meets comfort, BOP is rooted in Korean drinking culture and shaped by global cocktail perspective. Designed around how people drink, eat, and gather in real life, cocktails lead the experience, food follows the rhythm of the night, and hospitality is guided by a people-first approach.
Set on the first floor of a conservation shophouse, BOP moves naturally from buzzy after-work drinks to intimate late-night gatherings. It’s a perfect place for date nights, celebrations, casual nights out, and spontaneous catch-ups — where one drink often turns into a few, and you may just find yourself staying a little longer than you expect.

BOP is developed by Jigger & Pony Group and conceived by Uno Jang, Co-Owner and Creative Director of the Group, and recipient of the 2025 Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award at The World’s 50 Best Bars.
Born and raised in Korea, Uno brings over a decade of experience in Singapore and global cocktail culture to create a bar that reflects how Koreans actually drink: socially, instinctively, and with feeling.
At its core, BOP is guided by three Korean values:
Kki (끼) – the craft, discipline, detail and quiet confidence behind every cocktail
Jeong (정) – the warmth and emotional generosity that turn strangers into tablemates
Heung (흥) – the joyful energy of the night that keeps conversations flowing and people lingering longer than planned
BOP offers original cocktails, modern Korean-inspired food, and spirits in a space that balances Seoul’s drinking culture with Singapore’s cosmopolitan energy.
