CRAFT
Cocktails

BOP’s menu features 13 signature cocktails built on familiar cocktail foundations, shaped by Korean ingredients, drinking rituals and memory.

From house-blended soju and somaek to flavours of rice, perilla, seaweed and spice, the menu reinterprets Korean drinking culture through contemporary craft.

These elements are living expressions of how Koreans drink today: playful, social, and constantly evolving.

KICKASS
FOOD

Curated by Jigger & Pony Group Executive Chef David Tang in collaboration with Chef Jason Oh of Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars, each dish at BOP is kickass in flavour and built around how Korean meals naturally unfold.

Inspired by the bold, harmonious balance of Korean culinary traditions, the food menu is designed for sharing and to move with the energy of the bar. Think unhurried nights, laughter, and repeat rounds.
